How TryLensy handles subscription cancellations, refunds, and unused generations.
Subscription Cancellation
- Free plan access can be stopped at any time.
- Paid subscriptions may be cancelled before the next renewal date from the dashboard or by contacting support.
- Cancelling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund previous billing periods.
Refunds
- Refunds are reviewed case by case for duplicate charges, payment errors, or platform access issues.
- Used generation bundles are not refundable once processing has started.
- Unused included generations remain available according to the validity shown for your plan.
- Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when possible.
Store Products
TryLensy is not responsible for returns, refunds, product quality, or shipping related to products sold by your ecommerce store. Your store remains responsible for customer-facing commerce policies.
