Terms of Use

Rules for using TryLensy, subscriptions, integrations, and generation bundles.

Agreement

These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and ONITECH SOLUTIONS L.L.C for access to TryLensy. By creating an account, connecting a store, or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Service

TryLensy provides AI-powered virtual try-on, ecommerce integrations, analytics, and generation bundles. You are responsible for the accuracy of store content, product images, customer notices, and how you present TryLensy to your shoppers.

Generations

A generation is one AI output or try-on processing event made through the platform.
Generation bundles are tied to the plan, domain count, and billing cycle selected by the customer.
Where additional generation purchases are available, each extra generation is priced at EUR 0.20 unless another price is shown at checkout.
Included and purchased generation bundles remain available for 12 months from the purchase date unless your order states otherwise.

User Responsibilities

Keep your account credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized access.
Do not misuse the service, reverse engineer it, overload it, or use it for illegal content.
Do not upload content that violates rights, privacy, platform rules, or applicable law.
Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, domain controls, billing, or generation tracking.

Billing

Paid access may be monthly or annual. Annual plans include the discount shown at checkout. Payments may be processed through Paysera or another approved payment provider.

Intellectual Property

TryLensy, its software, visual design, brand assets, and platform functionality are owned by ONITECH SOLUTIONS L.L.C or its licensors. You keep ownership of your store content while granting TryLensy the rights needed to operate the service.

Limitations

To the maximum extent allowed by law, TryLensy is provided as a digital service without guarantees of uninterrupted access, specific revenue results, or exact visual outcomes for every product or image.
